Guidelines And Tips For Dog Feeding

2) Assessing your dog's Ideal Weight. How do you know whether your dog is at its ideal weight?  Using the below table you can assess your dog and decide for your self. Should your dog be overweight a good tip is to divide the food into two portions and feed it morning and evening instead of just once. Also you can take away about 10% of the recommended daily feed until your dog looks good. Remember, it is always better to feed your dog too little than too much, and most people overestimate the amount of food their dog actually needs.
